SWIS EmpowHER Program - General and Specific Classes

The SWIS EmpowHER program is a transformative initiative by SWIS Africa (Shaping African Women in STEM) designed to support final-year female STEM students in their transition from higher education to professional careers. It equips young women with targeted training, one-on-one mentorship, and access to powerful professional networks. 

Core Program Pillars

The fellowship focuses heavily on three primary career streams, allowing participants to tailor their training to their specific professional ambitions: 

• Academic Stream: Focuses on research proposal writing, academic CV development, and navigating scholarships for graduate school.

• Corporate Stream: Emphasizes resume building, cover letter writing, interview preparation, and corporate networking.

• Entrepreneurial Stream: Covers business model development, grant writing, and product marketing.
